1. Scope of Application

These Terms establish the framework under which Ramviro.com delivers services and organizes events. Utilizing and accessing our services constitutes complete acceptance of these Terms. Disagreement with any portion prohibits participation.

2. Booking Procedure

Event reservations follow this procedure:

• Submissions occur through telephone or email correspondence
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 30% of the chosen package price
• To guarantee availability, reservations should preferably be made at least 14 days before the scheduled event
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event date

3. Cancellations and Schedule Adjustments

Our cancellation and modification policy is outlined below:

• Cancellations occurring more than 14 days before the event receive full deposit refunds.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event qualify for 50% deposit refunds.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not refundable.
• Event date modifications may be coordinated through agreement with Ramviro.com, depending on availability.

4. Event Participation Guidelines

All attendees must follow these rules during events:

• All games and activities serve entertainment purposes exclusively.
• Real currency is never used; all tokens are non-monetary.
• Disputes are resolved by decisions from event staff or dealers, which are final.
• Courteous conduct toward staff and fellow participants is required.
• Ramviro.com maintains the right to remove any participant violating these rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ramviro.com bears no responsibility for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings not directly supervised by us
• Outcomes arising from inappropriate or disruptive participant conduct
• Delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including force majeure situations

7. Intellectual Property
